About the role:
As a Senior Digital Producer, you are a hands‐on delivery expert, responsible for bringing digital campaigns and experiences to life. You partner with creative, intelligence and tech teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. Your role combines strong project management discipline with a producer mindset – driving timelines, managing budgets, and actively shaping the work as it moves through the production process. You'll collaborate closely with Client Services and internal teams to interpret briefs, guide creative and technical outputs, and maintain momentum from brief to launch. You anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and keep stakeholders aligned. Beyond delivery, you'll mentor junior producers and contribute to improving processes, ensuring the team operates efficiently and produces work that exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead hands‐on delivery of digital campaigns and experiences, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Actively shape production outputs by working closely with creative, tech, and intelligence teams throughout the process.
* Collaborate with Client Services and clients to clarify briefs, align expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
* Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting for visibility and accountability.
* Utilise and lead the development of structured prompts for AI to assist in producing key delivery artefacts e.g. briefs, timing milestones, scopes of work.
* Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to keep work moving smoothly.
* Support financial management by tracking budgets and monitoring scope changes.
* Mentor junior producers and share best practices to elevate team capability.
* Contribute to process improvements and tools that streamline delivery.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in digital production or project management in an agency environment.
* Proficient in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Workbook).
* Experience and curiosity using Copilot, ChatGPT and platforms where AI is enabled to automate and streamline delivery workflows.
* Strong understanding of digital project management methodologies and digital production processes, with ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
