We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Contact Centre Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely information about our products and services.
* Respond to general advice enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, capturing feedback and data obtained during interactions.
* Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify complex business situations and recommend appropriate solutions where required.
* Timely respond to all correspondence from members.
* Conduct proactive telephone contact with customers in line with approved outbound campaigns.
* Complete administrative and ad hoc duties as allocated to support the efficient operation of the business.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to a best-in-class business culture.
Requirements
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Process-oriented and have great attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
* Proven ability to work on tasks independently, while contributing to team goals.
* Confidence in engaging with customers and external stakeholders, maintaining a pleasant phone manner and positive attitude.
This is a hybrid working role, with initial training onsite 5 days per week.
