The Role
As Caloundra Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading the team, and ensuring customers walk out stoked with their experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily store operations
* Lead, train, and motivate the retail team
* Deliver excellent customer service and surf product knowledge
* Manage inventory, stock ordering, and merchandising
* Drive sales and meet store targets
* Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising
* Handle customer inquiries, returns, and problem resolution
About You
* Passion for surfing and surf culture
* Knowledge of surfboards and accessories
* Previous retail management experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
