Key Responsibilities
* Lead and evaluate warehouse activities to achieve operational goals and optimise indirect costs.
* Ensure key performance indicators which measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations are consistently met.
* Develop and implement Continuous Improvement projects.
* Customer Service (Internal & External) - DIFOT, returns, truck turnaround time, NCRs.
* Implement process enhancements to deliver safety, customer satisfaction, and cost targets.
* Design labour optimisation initiatives.
As a senior manager, you will support our retail, route, and regional despatch, inbound receivals, internal storage, and customer service in a safe and efficient manner.
