The role
Experienced Landscaper / Crew Leader
We're looking for an experienced landscaper to join our growing team. You'll work independently on site with our senior team member, help train newer workers, and deliver high-quality landscaping projects across Perth.
What We Do
Turf (artificial & natural), paving, limestone work, decking, planting, and reticulation/irrigation.
What You'll Do
- Work independently or in a small crew
- Run day-to-day jobs confidently
- Help guide and train new team members
- Use company trailer + tools (fuel card provided)
What You Need
- Strong landscaping experience
- Ability to work without supervision
- Reliable, motivated, and able to lead on site
- Own vehicle suitable for towing (fuel card supplied)
