Program Details
The Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program aims to provide facilitated support in the clinical environment, translating existing knowledge into quality outcomes and developing further knowledge and skills to progress towards independent learning and practice. The 12‐month program provides an excellent foundation for future career advancement, offering participants the opportunity to develop clinical and leadership skills across a variety of rotations throughout the organisation, supported by trained preceptors, practice development nurses and the graduate nurse program coordinator.
Application Process
Applications must include a cover letter, current resume, three clinical referees, three recent clinical placement reports, and a copy of your academic transcript. Further details are available in the Position Description.
