Room Attendant Job
**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join our team at W Sydney. As a key member of our Rooms and Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel rooms.
Responsibilities:
* Cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
* Responding to guest enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Monitoring hotel security and safety procedures, including conducting regular property patrols
* Troubleshooting any issues that may arise and implementing appropriate solutions
* Supporting the day-time management team by providing updates and escalating any concerns
* Ensuring all hotel processes and procedures are followed during the overnight hours
* Managing the overnight front desk team, including scheduling, training and performance management
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
