- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week)
- Pay Rate: $62.10 – $66.20 per hour (based on experience) + superannuation

We are currently seeking a Care Manager/Senior Registered Nurse to join our leadership team at St Catherine’s Aged Care, a 130-bed residential facility in Bathurst. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Residential Manager and two other Care Managers to lead and support our clinical and personal care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality clinical care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and Catholic Healthcare policies
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to clinical and support staff to drive positive resident outcomes
- Act as second-in-charge to the Residential Manager, contributing to strategic and operational planning
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance, with a solid focus on infection prevention and control
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold best practice standards in aged care
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a residential aged care setting
- In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Quality Standards and AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical expertise and understanding of age-related health issues
- Proven ability to coach, influence and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Competent in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
