Key Responsibilities
* To provide exceptional customer service and support across multiple sites
* To travel to various sites to support operations and maintain client relationships
* To manage customer enquiries and conduct site tours
* To implement sales programs to increase uptake of additional services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in hotel, duty, or property management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
