Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Stapylton, Gold Coast. This is a pivotal role in the Finance Team which offers excellent career development and progression opportunities. This position requires working onsite and you will be trained to use our Microsoft Dynamics ERP and in-house customised systems.
Responsibilities
* Processing and refunding credit card transactions
* Reconciling incoming funds and ensuring correct allocation of customer payments
* Processing daily collections and credit claims in POS system
* Debt collections (via phone and email)
* Processing monthly debtor statements
* Ensuring debtors' profile are up to date
* Managing trade credit insurance reporting, claims and renewals
* Responding to and investigating customer enquiries in a timely manner
* Managing reporting deadlines for the Accounts Receivable functions
* Reporting to the Financial Controller and/or Proprietor on debt collection status and risks exposure
* Supporting the Finance and Sales teams
Qualifications
* Prior working experience in similar role (Candidates without prior working experience will be considered if you have solid double entries knowledge)
* Excellent financial analytical skills

* Thorough attention to detail
* Strong sense of urgencies and respond quickly to changing priorities
* Excellent communication and people skills
