**Role Overview**:
As the HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support to the company's permanent and casual employees across various departments and locations.
This is a standalone position within Australia and will cover a range of generalist duties, including:
- Assisting managers and employees with employee entitlements, including leave, overtime, and penalty rates
- Coaching and guiding managers on the relevant Modern Award and supporting with preparing information for Payroll
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handling employee relations matters, such as disciplinary actions and grievance procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring data confidentiality
**The Individual**
To be successful in this role, you will have sound experience in a similar generalist HR position, covering the full employee lifecycle and will be familiar with Award interpretation. Similar experience within the Travel & Tourism industry will be extremely beneficial.
