Junior Painting Apprenticeship
Effect Painting Apprenticeship to commence mid January 2026, potential trials starting this year. This role is classified as Painting and Decorating although we do not decorate; the job is domestic painting of houses and buildings specialising in new homes.
The successful applicant will commit to a four‑year trade qualification, demonstrate physical and mental resilience required to develop a diverse skill set, and meet the age requirement of a junior apprenticeship.
Local to Traralgon is essential due to early morning pick‑ups and drop‑offs after work. Driver's licence and car is preferred but not essential.
