Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Schedule service call-outs and manage diary entries
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support lead generation
- Accurately enter data into Salesforce CRM
- Process manual invoices using MYOB
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and accountability
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MYOB is advantageous
