Responsibilities
Collaborate with a managed service provider to prepare and validate monthly payrolls.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Support system integrations and rule configurations across payroll platforms.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance.
Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on payroll matters.
Interpret and apply complex Enterprise Agreements and awards, including New Zealand agreements, with a focus on manufacturing EBAs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally within a managed service environment.
Demonstrated experience managing manufacturing Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
High attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong understanding of payroll legislation across Australia and New Zealand.
