About The Opportunity
This encompasses all Häfele architectural hardware product ranges including sliding and folding hardware, door hardware, automatic door controls, electronic locking systems and acoustic walls.
Reporting directly to both the VIC State Manager and Project Team Manager VIC, you will become an integral part of a strong, motivated and driven sales team. You will be providing solutions to fabricators, manufacturers, builders and developers.
We Are Seeking
- A confident Account Manager who will be at ease presenting, taking the lead and developing strong client relationships state-wide
- Valuable knowledge of the commercial door and aluminium fabricator market
- Positive attitude with a can-do mentality
- You have an outgoing personality enjoy interacting with people
- You can action customer and prospective customer requests within a timely manner
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in the use of Salesforce or similar CRM systems and competent in MS Office applications
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established customer base
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive sales growth and increase market share for our architectural hardware products
- Preparing take offs and quotes for key/target projects from architectural plans
- Providing solutions to design problems and offer optional products
