Your New RoleAs a Network Infrastructure Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions to support government operations. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with strategic objectives and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include:Designing enterprise-level network infrastructure solutions (LAN/WAN, cloud, hybrid)Leading architecture reviews and providing technical guidance across projectsEnsuring alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and government standardsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades and migrationsDocumenting architecture designs, standards, and implementation plans
Skills RequiredTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Proven experience as a Network Architect or Infrastructure Architect in large enterprise or government environmentsStrong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNsExperience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid environmentsFamiliarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO *****, Essential Eight)Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, AWS/Azure Architect) highly regarded
