Overview 
What you'll contribute to 
Reporting to the Commercial Credit Risk Manager, the Senior Commercial Credit Risk Analyst will efficiently operate as a specialist second-line Risk Professional. You will provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on a range of commercial credit transactions. You will need to provide oversight of and insight into, the performance of TFA's commercial lending portfolio; and achieve departmental and organisational objectives, promote an effective and sustainable risk culture and drive productivity gains through Kaizen. 
How you'll make an impact 
Review dealer and fleet credit applications prepared by internal stakeholders 
Provide expert advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders on credit applications 
Present transactions to DLA holders, which include Heads of, General Managers, the Executive Vice President and President/CEO 
Review transaction documents prepared by TFA's internal and external solicitors to ensure that documents align to the respective credit approval 
Prepare and present reports on the performance and credit quality of the dealer and fleet portfolios 
Provide oversight of TFA's portfolios and recommend actions (both policy & operational) 
Develop and deploy tools to assist TFA in achieving risk management best practice 
Standardise the credit application process across dealer credit and fleet credit by delivering increased functionality to TFA's credit application system 
Manage and provide expert support for TFA's credit application system and risk scoring system 
Qualifications 
6 + years' commercial lending/ asset finance experience 
Solid financial analysis skills 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Bachelor\'s degree or above in finance or accounting 
Experience within the auto finance industry 
Experience in dealing with Senior Stakeholders 
The ability to work in a highly collaborative manner 
High level of interpersonal skills
