IT Field Services Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT field services specialist to provide timely, high-quality onsite support across a wide range of technologies. This includes end-user devices, desktop and server environments, networks, and first-level support for CCTV and Network Video Recorder (NVR) systems.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between end-users and IT teams, combining technical expertise with clear communication and customer service skills. They will ensure users not only receive solutions but also understand and trust the support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 onsite IT support to users across various sites, ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs.
* Act as the primary onsite contact, delivering support in a professional and courteous manner.
* Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders by acting as a trusted liaison between end-users, IT teams, and vendors.
