The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales specialist to lead our sales strategy. You will be responsible for driving new business growth while strengthening relationships with existing clients to increase market share. Your role will focus on securing new clients and identifying opportunities to expand within existing accounts, contributing to the overall success of the business.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Management team and our Branch Managers, contributing your innovative sales strategies and insights to drive business growth. While experience in the recruitment industry, particularly in blue-collar industrial sectors, would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite if you possess a proven track record of recent sales success and the right attitude.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Proven track record in sales leadership and driving new business
- Experience in the blue-collar recruitment industry (highly desirable)
- Business degree or a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Management,) and/or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to identify and track opportunities
- Outstanding customer service, time management, and solution-focused skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Self-driven with the ability to manage a large geographical region strategically

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute the sales strategy to increase market share
- Present to and engage with both prospective and existing clients
- Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new business
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits
