Bar Supervisor – Pastuso
Lead our bar staff in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high‐quality service standards. Ensure smooth bar operations, including developing a cost‐priced cocktail menu, implementing service procedures, and maximising sales.
Key responsibilities include:
* Build rapport with guests, handle complaints professionally, and motivate staff to consistently deliver outstanding service.
* Oversee bar staff performance, recruitment, training, and development.
* Ensure all staff are well‐presented and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
* Maintain high productivity, robust team morale, and a positive work setting.
* Ensure the bar is clean, organised, properly stocked, and monitor beverage quality and stock levels.
* Help maintain financial control by managing stock, minimising wastage, and meeting sales targets.
