The job holder will manage the project delivery process from inception to completion. This includes managing project health, cost control, progress claims, procurement management, design development, quality assurance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee project delivery from commencement to completion as a contract administrator.
* Monitor project progress, costs, and claims.
* Manage procurement, design development, quality assurance, and compliance.
* Attend site meetings and inspections to gather accurate project updates.
Essential Qualifications
* Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills for effective collaboration with builders, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors.
* Show experience with Hammertech, Procore, Aconex, and other financial control platforms.
* A proficiency in Mandarin language is advantageous.
