Your Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain client relationships
* Act as key point of contact and 'system subject matter expert' for clients
* Prepare and educate clients in relation to system upgrades and improvements
* Proactively provide input to product upgrades and development
* Prepare and manage Statements of Work for clients
* Actively support and contribute to your team
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Intermediate MS Office skills
* Understanding of web based software applications
* Exceptional client service experience
* Strong Communication Skills
* Experience in recruitment or a technical Product environment
* Tertiary qualifications in HR / IT / Business
* Resilience and determination
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to your clients changing needs
