Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome visitors and manage arrivals/departures.
* Maintain professional front desk operations.
* Schedule conference rooms and coordinate events.
* Manage room setups with F&B services.
* Oversight of common areas and floor walks.
* Desk/meeting room allocation and maintenance issue reporting.
* Manage contractors, handle deliveries, and maintain supplies.
* Operate switchboard and serve as central information point for building services.
* Manage visitor registration, access cards, and building security compliance.
* Process service requests and handle invoices.
* Maintain compliance documentation and function as emergency warden.
* Support crisis procedures and work with facility management and service partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
