DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supporting and executing the Company's marketing and business development strategies
* Assisting with lead generation, pipeline management, and prospect outreach
* Helping identify new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
* Supporting the Company's social media strategy across key platforms
* Creating and scheduling engaging content including photo, video, and written posts
* Managing content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals
* Monitoring content, campaign, and lead performance and providing insights
* Managing community engagement and responding to enquiries across digital channels
* Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities
* Supporting launches, events, and promotional campaigns
* Working closely with the Founder and wider team on marketing initiatives

* Consistent delivery of content and posting schedules
* Growth in engagement, audience reach, and social media performance
* Contribution to lead generation and pipeline growth
* Timely updates and management of CRM and lead tracking
* Delivery of performance reports and actionable insights
