About The Role
We're on the lookout for a Brand Home Guide to join our passionate onsite team. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who loves hospitality, storytelling and creating memorable experiences.
As a true all-rounder, you'll move across our iconic Bundy Bar, lead engaging distillery tours, and support our retail store – bringing warmth, energy and authenticity to every interaction. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver unforgettable customer experiences across the Brand Home
Serve guests in the Bundy Bar and cafe, showcasing our rum portfolio and serving up Bundy Bangers with pride
Lead guided distillery tours, sharing the history, craft and character of Bundaberg Rum
Support retail operations, including product knowledge, sales and merchandising
Engage expertly with local, national and international visitors
Maintain high standards of safety, service and presentation across all areas
Represent Diageo's values with pride alongside the heritage of Bundaberg Rum
What You'll Bring
1–3 years' experience in hospitality, tourism or customer-facing roles
A person who effectively connects and speaks confidently in front of groups
Passion for delivering warm, engaging and memorable guest experiences
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak visitor periods
RSA (or willingness to obtain before commencement date)
An interest in food, beverage, tourism or storytelling is a big plus
