About the role:

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to make an impact — someone who can bring energy, ideas, and strategic clarity to help us tell our story and accelerate our growth.

You'll shape RaptorTech's marketing presence across two exciting industries, owning everything from strategy to hands-on execution. This is your opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up, backed by a team that values initiative, collaboration, and curiosity.


What You'll Do

* Lead the Strategy – Develop and deliver marketing plans that strengthen our brand and generate qualified leads.
* Run Digital Campaigns – Own our digital presence across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and industry channels.
* Create Meaningful Content – Tell the stories that matter — our customers' success, our team's innovation, and our technology's impact.
* Empower Sales – Build high-quality collateral, presentations, and tools that help our sales team win.
* Own the Website & SEO – Keep our digital front door fresh, targeted, and optimised for conversion.
* Events & Partnerships – Represent RaptorTech at expos, industry events, and through partner collaborations.
* Analyse & Optimise – Use data to measure, learn, and continuously improve.
* Grow the Function – Be the foundation of our marketing team, with room to scale as we grow.


About You


You're a blend of strategist and doer — someone who's as comfortable designing campaigns as you are executing them. You thrive on turning ideas into measurable results and enjoy seeing your work make a visible impact.

We'd love to see:

- 5+ years' B2B marketing experience (preferably in construction, mining, or industrial tech).

- Strong digital marketing skills with proven campaign results.

- Excellent communication and storytelling ability — both written and visual.

- Experience creating technical or case-based content for professional audiences.

- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, CRM/automation tools, and WordPress/Wix.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to link activity to pipeline and ROI.

- Proactive and self-driven — you make things happen and embrace autonomy.
