What you will do
Our Employment Solicitors provide support, advice and representation for clients dealing with a range of matters across employment, discrimination and sexual harassment including representation in ACT and Commonwealth courts:
* Develop and maintain a high level of technical competence in the areas of employment and discrimination law, including drafting applications and letters of demand, and negotiations with clients' employers
* Identify opportunities for early intervention in matters and provide clients with options which provide long-term solutions
* Work collaboratively with social workers and case workers to ensure social work and legal services are well integrated and meet client needs
About you
* Identify as a woman, trans or non-binary person
* Up to 5 years PQE
* Are reliable, organised and detail oriented
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to listen to and manage difficult conversations
* Have knowledge of and interest in Australia's legal systems and processes
* Tech savviness

What we will offer you
