About the Role
If you are a a passionate recruiter who thrives on building meaningful partnerships, sourcing top talent, and shaping workforce strategies across diverse industries, we have the job for you We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand. This is more than just filling roles, it's about influencing the future of our workforce and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, contribute to workforce planning, and develop effective hiring strategies.
* Draft and post compelling job ads, promoting our EVP and employer brand across relevant channels.
* Proactively source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networks, while building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical roles.
* Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate behavioural and competency-based interviews with hiring managers.
* Facilitate interview feedback and selection decisions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
* Manage reference checks, right-to-work verification, medicals, background checks, and other pre-employment screening to ensure compliance with local legislation and internal policies.
* Maintain accurate records and optimise workflows within the ATS, while reporting on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
* Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to inform sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
* Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and systems, and support the implementation of recruitment technology solutions.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support additional tasks as required by your manager.
What We're Looking For
You'll have 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across Australia and/or New Zealand, ideally spanning both agency and in-house environments. You're confident managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously and have a strong grasp of employment legislation and best practices across diverse role types—corporate, technical, operational, and blue-collar. Your sourcing skills are sharp, with a proven ability to engage passive talent and build proactive pipelines. You're comfortable using a range of ATS platforms and sourcing tools (such as JobAdder, Workday, SEEK, or LinkedIn Recruiter), and your attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information are second to none. You bring excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive and solution-focused mindset, and experience contributing to employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment process improvements. Exposure to psychometric assessments or ATS implementation projects is a bonus.
