Paediatric Nurse - Clinical Care Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paediatric Inpatient Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. This role will involve delivering advanced clinical support and care coordination for children aged 0–16 years.
About the Role
* Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of children are met.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote family-centred care.
Requirements
* Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Current registration with the nursing regulatory body.
* Proven experience in paediatric nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
