Key responsibilities
* Developing and cultivating strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with key On-Premise customers and groups across Sydney NSW.
* Creating and implementing top-tier account plans, including Trading Terms, Joint Business Plans, and tailored promotional strategies, aligned with both customer and company strategic goals.
* Driving new business development by building and executing a robust pipeline of account opportunities in VIC.
* Overseeing and controlling trade spend, ensuring it remains within the allocated budgetary limits and maximising ROI.
* Collaborating cross-functionally to achieve overall On Premise targets.
* Crafting and executing Joint Business Plans with key customers, aligning company Sales, Marketing and Category plans.
The successful candidate will demonstrate functional responsibilities to champion On-Premise capabilities within the State, with strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to adapt to diverse situations to drive growth.
