About the role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation, co-ordination and execution of day-to-day marketing activities within Momo Chicken & sister brands (Ari Ari Korean BBQ, Yomo Frozen Yogurt & Dream Karaoke), working primarily on site at the various restaurant establishments, however, utilising Momo Chicken Head Office as a base, working alongside a small, energetic and vibrant Head Office team. The role will involve:
* Grow and expand Momo Chicken & sister brands marketing presence in QLD/ NSW through a variety of platforms, publications, sponsorships, printed marketing material, loyalty memberships etc.
* Develop detailed design briefs and specific promotional artwork, whilst adhering to the company "branding guidelines".
* Preparing, amending, lodgement and approval of promotional artwork with various printing vendors/suppliers.
* Support to the Head Office group in organising promotions and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success. This includes full life cycle of a marketing / promo rollout, providing thorough details on the background of the promotion, purpose of promotion, target audience, the rollout of the promotion into the venues through to the point of promotion execution.
* Create, design, copy and manage digital and printed media.
* Provide input and assist with the updating of regular publications.
* Effectively market each venue promotions with a consistent approach and in line with the Momo Chicken standard guidelines.
* Proactively prioritise and organise your marketing workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Create marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content production and implementation schedules.
* Develop and maintain various marketing databases.
* Adhering to marketing budgets and working within the parameters set.
* Conduct marketing promotions awareness sessions at head office meetings.
* Ensure promotional material displays are current and maintained at the venues.
* Engaging with aligned suppliers on upcoming promotional activities and ensure co-ordination of such events with each venue and its staff.
* Manage Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Website & Loyalty Program
* Providing guidance and input into marketing best practices and strategies.
* Research and monitor activity of other hospitality competitors.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have the following:
* Must have minimum two (2) plus years inhospitality marketing essential.
* Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and be able to show initiative.
* Strong marketing and negotiation skills and have excellent customer-oriented focus, over the phone and in person, with our suppliers, our patrons and internal departments at all levels.
* Must be able to maintain professionalism and a customer-oriented attitude at all times.
* This is a Monday to Friday role, however, during peak periods, promotional or yearly calendar events, you will be required to assist outside of normal business hours.
* Must have own car and Drivers Licence.
* Available to start from 3rd November 2025 .
