We are looking for a Product Specialist – Seeding & Tillage (WA) to join a new team and play a pivotal role in supporting our dealer network and sales managers in delivering retail sales growth and customer satisfaction across the region.

This isn’t just another role – it’s an exciting opportunity to make your mark from the ground up. You’ll be out in the field, training sales teams, demonstrating products and showing customers how to get the most out of their investment. With both technical expertise and the ability to explain things clearly, you’ll help build their confidence, enhance knowledge and ensure our products deliver real value.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to expert for our seeding & tillage range – working out in the field alongside dealers and customers to make sure our products are understood, trusted and used to their full potential. From hands-on demos and training to collaborating on sales strategies and gathering market feedback, this role is all about turning product knowledge into performance.

- Partner with CNH sales managers and dealer sales teams to actively drive retail sales
- Provide pre- and post-sale support, including product walkarounds and setup assistance
- Assist in the development of targeted sales strategies alongside our sales managers
- Coordinate and represent the brand at field demos, events and product launches
- Deliver 1-1 customer engagements to support conversions and build loyalty
- Monitor competitor activity, market shifts and customer feedback to inform business decisions
- Maintain and oversee demo equipment and promotional resources

About You

- In-depth knowledge of agricultural industry and seeding & tillage products
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the agricultural sector – for example in machinery sales, agronomy, farm management or related fields
- Experience in a B2B and/or dealer network environment is highly desired
- Relevant technical certificate or degree is desirable
- Confident in building relationships and providing product training to customers and dealerships
- Comfortable collaborating with sales teams to build product knowledge and drive sales
- Passionate about latest machinery, technology and farming practices
