The Opportunity
We are seeking a capable and motivated HR & WHS Administration Assistant to join our supportive and growing team in Coffs Harbour. This full-time role plays an important part in supporting both our Human Resources and Workplace Health & Safety functions, as well as assisting with general administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a people-focused approach, who is keen to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with HR processes including onboarding, training coordination and compliance tracking
* Support WHS activities such as recordkeeping, registers, audits and safety communications
* Manage general administration tasks: email and phone correspondence, document handling, and supplier communication
* Maintain key registers including vehicles, licences, insurance, and training
* Coordinate uniforms, office supplies, and assist with internal events and initiatives
* Support administrative processes for new projects and team activities
* Provide ad hoc assistance across marketing, accounts and operations as required
About You
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Comfortable using digital tools and systems such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* A proactive approach with a willingness to learn
* Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
