Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

* Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions
* Contribute to product design, technical strategy, and problem-solving initiatives

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications
* Build and improve AI-powered features and automation tools
* Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
* Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and refactor code as neededCollaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical best practices
* Document work and share knowledge with the team
What we're looking for
Required
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
* Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
* Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
* Understanding of version control (Git/GitHub)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
* Eagerness to learn and work with AI automation tools
Skills
* Experience with AI tools or prompt engineering (e.g., OpenAI API) - advanced
* Experience building internal automation tools - advanced
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Vercel, etc.) - intermediate
