**Qualifications and Attributes**:
- Must have a Scissor Lift license
- Manual physical work and heavy lifting
- Steel cap boots and other PPEs
- Experience setting up events is preferable
- Experience with basic hand tools
- Good command of English
- Able to work in a team
- Able to listen & follow instructions
- Flexible and adaptable to change
