In your current role as Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our value of "Guest Obsessed" to life, delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests every day.
Responsibilities
You will:
* Create a high-performance culture in your restaurant, including financial profitability, people management, and guest satisfaction.
* Lead from the front, champion change, and motivate your team to achieve the restaurant's success.
* Support our Work Safe, Home Secure strategy by ensuring a safe working environment for your team and the restaurant.
* Build the Hungry Jack's brand through effective business planning.
* Work full-time with flexibility for days, nights and weekends as required.
Qualifications
* Retail or hospitality experience.
* Guest Obsessed mindset.
* Alignment with values: Guest Obsessed, People Power, Make a Difference, Stronger Together and Growth Mindset.
* High level of energy and a sense of urgency.
* Passion for training, coaching and mentoring team members to success.
* Full time availability and flexibility to work a mix of days, nights and weekends to support our restaurant operations.
* Ability to provide a National Police Check.
