From personalised recommendations to seamless service, you'll be the go-to expert for creating unforgettable moments. Whether it's securing exclusive reservations, coordinating bespoke experiences, or simply adding a touch of magic to every interaction, you'll bring passion, precision, and personality to the role.
THE ROLE
* Daily concierge desk operations including inventory controls and adherence to service protocols
* Uphold the Mondrian luxury service standards
* Provide warm welcome to guests and visitors, assist with valet parking, luggage storage, delivery and retrieval
* Provide guest and owner requests and enhance service offerings
* Address and resolve guest and owner inquiries or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high service quality
THE REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in a similar guest service/concierge role in a luxury environment
* Opera Cloud Experience is desirable
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
