As we continue to expand and innovate within the private healthcare sector, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organisation through its next stage of growth.
About the role
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for driving Care 24-7's strategic, operational, and clinical excellence agendas. This role requires an experienced and visionary leader with the capability to oversee multi-site healthcare operations, foster collaborative partnerships, and ensure the organisation's ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and patient experience.
Key responsibilities
· Provide strategic leadership and direction aligned with the Board's vision and objectives.
· Lead and manage clinical and operational leaders across multiple emergency department sites.
· Drive sustainable growth through service expansion, innovation, and stakeholder relationships.
· Oversee governance, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
· Champion a patient-first culture built on excellence, respect, and accountability.
About you
You are a seasoned healthcare executive with a strong understanding of private sector emergency or urgent care operations. You excel in balancing operational performance with strategic foresight and have a track record of leading high-performing teams.
Essential criteria
· Executive leadership experience within healthcare, preferably hospital or emergency medical settings.
· Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex operations.
· Strong governance awareness and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making capability.
