We are seeking a proactive and collaborative leader to join our Mental Health team as the CCLHD - Manager Mental Health Population, Data and Outcomes Reporting. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical information systems, data reporting, business operations, and administrative services within the Mental Health service.
Your work will directly contribute to improving patient care, clinical quality, and overall service performance — with a strong focus on achieving National Weighted Activity Units (NWAU), Activity-Based Funding (ABF), and Activity-Based Management (ABM) targets. You will also play a central role in delivering on the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) strategic plan, offering leadership and support for various projects and service plans as directed by the Mental Health Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing team managing clinical information systems and reporting functions.
* Oversee business operations and administrative processes supporting MH service delivery.
* Implement strategies to improve patient care, service quality, and operational performance.
* Drive achievement of NWAU, ABF, and ABM targets through data-informed planning.
* Support implementation of the CCLHD strategic plan within the MH service.
* Provide governance and assistance for key projects and service initiatives.
About You
* You have a current unrestricted NSW drivers Licence
* You have excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* You have knowledge of NWAU, ABF, ABM frameworks and performance improvement strategies.
* Clinical understanding — mental health knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential.
