Occupational Therapist Community Role
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to support older adults' independence and well-being in a community setting.
This part-time or full-time position offers flexibility while providing opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
* Conduct comprehensive cognitive assessments (MOCA, HDS-R, MMSE) to inform treatment plans.
* Prescribe and provide seating and equipment solutions to enhance daily living and participation.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve client goals and promote engagement in meaningful activities.
* Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve social participation and independence.
Successful candidates will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience or interest in aged care, community care, or home care settings.
