About the Role
As a Room Leader at The Grove Academy, you’ll take on a leadership role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for children and educators. You’ll guide and mentor your team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the delivery of innovative, fun and milestone aligned programs
* Mentoring and supporting educators in their professional growth
* Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
* Observing, documenting, and supporting children’s development
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about shaping a positive learning environment. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Proven experience leading a room and mentoring educators
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
* A positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiences
