Mobile Experience Designer
Seeking a highly skilled Mobile Experience Designer to lead the creation of native mobile experiences for our Find / Buy / Own vision.
* Transform customer and business outcomes into intuitive, user-centric mobile journeys.
* Design seamless experiences that integrate financial and property data, balancing simplicity, trust, and compliance.
* Develop end-to-end journeys from discovery to ownership, focusing on accessibility and edge cases.
* Conduct research and analysis: interviews, testing, and turning insights into actionable design decisions.
* Create information architecture, micro-interactions, and polished UI, ensuring quality and performance.
* Prioritize customer outcomes in decision-making, balancing business goals with user needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the mobile design system and ensure quality.
* Explore AI tools for ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and personalization, while upholding ethics and compliance.
Key Qualifications:
* 6+ years designing native iOS and Android apps, with shipped products demonstrating impact.
* Mastery of interaction design fundamentals: IA, user flows, journeys, heuristics, accessibility, and edge/error states.
* Strong visual design skills: layout, typography, hierarchy, and brand expression; familiarity with platform UI patterns.
* Experience running and analysing user research and usability testing, turning insights into actionable design decisions.
* Familiarity with design tools like Figma, whiteboarding tools (Miro/Whimsical), and prototyping/testing workflows.
* Able to integrate AI into the design process for ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and content, with awareness of ethics and risk.
* Comfortable working in agile teams, making informed trade-offs and communicating design rationale.
