Job Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain effective schedules for Home Care Workers in the Central West region.
* Ensure efficient use of resources by managing client and staff schedules.
* Participate as a member of the centralised support team and provide system and staff administration.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre.
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
