Our Residential Management role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a residential aged care facility in the stunning Townsville region of QLD.
As an experienced manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care, maximising revenue, and maintaining accreditation standards.
You will work collaboratively with your clinical lead and report directly to the Regional Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring occupancy levels are met and maintained through community engagement
* Finance and HR management
* Motivating, training, and developing team members
* Ensuring compliance and quality indicators are met in line with accreditation and industry standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
* Staff mentorship and development experience
* Up-to-date working knowledge and experience achieving accreditation standards
* Ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines
* Budget and finance management experience
