* Collaborate with program managers and frontline staff to ensure data capture methods align with service delivery best practice.
* Analyse client demographics and outcomes to support personalised service delivery.
About the Role
This newly created position will focus on harnessing data from 35+ programs and 30,000 clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to champion the use of data across the agency, informing decision-making processes.
You will be responsible for driving business improvement through data-driven insights, ensuring seamless integration with our operational strategies.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
