Connect resources QLD are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Asphalt and Civil Concrete Workers to join our civil projects on Sunshine Coast. Roles we require: Asphalt Labourers / Civil Concrete Labourers Screed Operator/Paver Operator Labourer/Roller Operator Level Hands Concrete Finishers In this role, you'll be responsible for: Laying, raking, and compacting asphalt for roads, driveways, and car parks Operating asphalt equipment such as rollers, pavers, and hand tools Working with the crew to ensure quality finishes and safe work practices Following site plans and directions from supervisors What We're Looking For Previous experience in asphalt or civil construction (minimum 1 year required) White Card (mandatory) Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Ability to work in a team and follow instructions HR or MR licence and plant tickets are an advantage Relevant RII machine tickets Why Work With Us?
