What you'll do Act as the primary executive liaison for the Clinical Information System suppliers, ensuring delivery of contractual commitments, strategic outcomes, and performance expectations.
Govern the lifecycle of the suppliers contract, setting performance measures, monitoring delivery and applying levers to ensure accountability and value for money.
Develop and maintain a forward looking roadmap of suppliers services aligned with clinical, digital and organisational priorities Lead supplier negotiations on amendments, extensions and renewals to optimise commercial outcomes and long term value.
Provide strategic advice to senior executives on supplier performance, risks, opportunities and contract strategy supported by a robust governance framework Build and sustain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and the suppliers to ensure alignment, collaboration and innovation in service delivery.
Champion continuous improvement and supplier driven innovation to enhance benefits, efficiency and clinical outcomes.
Work closely with clinical, digital, legal, operational and finance teams to ensure alignment between commercial outcomes and service delivery.
Develop, review and implement on-going supplier negotiation strategies to maximise value and lock-in the value by establishing robust contractual arrangements.
About you We are searching for someone who has: Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in a complex, regulated environment.
A proven track record managing large, complex supplier contracts, particularly those involving clinical systems or digital health platforms.
Proven experience in a senior commercial or supplier management role, preferably in the public health or healthcare technology sector.
Commercially astute with the ability to interpret and act upon complex legal and financial information.
Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier performance expertise.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Highly developed leadership and managerial proficiency, including the ability to develop a high performing team, and to apply resource management skills to ensure resources are optimally allocated in meeting defined goals.
A proven track record in positive contributions to Organisational change and transformation, including having executive thinking ability, and capacity to deal with abstract and complex Organisational issues.
Knowledge of good commercial and business management practices, public sector structures, processes and policies.
