We're looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Townsville.Key responsibilities include:Provide customer service excellence to our future and current customersHave a deep level of knowledge of product, inclusions, loan lease living, contracts and sales processesMaintain Salesforce data entry and accuracy for all customer interactions, sales activities, forms and processesLead management – meet business expectations around lead contacts, data collection, lead follow up and appointment managementContract Management – ensure all information for contracts is correct, customers understand the contract process, and Salesforce is kept up to date on customers ability to settleSettlement Management – Ensure customers are prepared for settlement, ensure contracts team have accurate information and handover to the community team is seamlessMaintain strong relationships with development, construction and community management teams to ensure a strong team culture is built and information sharing on customer timeframes and issues is strongMaintain positive relationships with local area agents and key community groups to seek opportunities for engagement, referrals and promotionsFollow all sales processes and provide feedback to EGM of Sales on improvementsRecommend, attend and host sales events and be a positive ambassador for the project and your customersProvide expert advice and guidance back to the business on home designs, inclusion levels and product demandMaintain display suite to the highest standard or presentation and ensuing accuracy of information being displayed or providedWhat do you bring?Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbalConfidence in making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiriesA goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in sales, especially within residential, real estate, retirement, or off-the-plan sectorA genuine passion for customer service and delivering a memorable client experienceResilience and confidence to handle challenging conversations with empathyStrong time management and the ability to multitask under pressureExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (highly regarded)Patience, professionalism, and compassion when working with customersWhy join us?You'll be part of a supportive and driven team where your contributions are valued.
