Randstad has partnered exclusively with a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services. Due to continued growth our client based in the Welshpool are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team.
Your Duties
1. The Customer Service Officer is required to collaborate with the sales,
production, and engineering teams on quoting, pricing and product delivery
2. You will be responsible for calculating pricing and generating quotations for all
parts and services
3. Process all customer and vendor purchase orders in the ERP portal
4. Navigate customer portals for retrieving customer orders
5. A large part of the role is to manage customer queries and complaints in a timely,
respectful and diligent manner
6. Required to price and quote all parts utilising software and
stock control sheets
7. Responsible for intercompany orders
8. Accurate record maintenance
About you
9. Sales experience, preferred in the Industrial sector (advantageous)
10. Mechanical knowledge/aptitude (Prior L&M Radiator experience is
advantageous)
11. Financial acumen and strong IT skills
12. Knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system
13. Technical, mechanical, and industrial knowledge needed to include blueprint
reading
14. Experience in preparing a wide variety of reports, spreadsheets and
15. documentation
16. Strong organisational skills
17. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
18. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
