As Concierge you will play a vital role in ensuring Aura's residents enjoy the facilities and services available, and feel safe and cared for especially after hours.
About The Role
As a night Concierge at Aura you will be the welcoming face of the resort during overnight hours, ensuring the smooth operation, security, and comfort of our community.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
* Greeting residents warmly, even during late hours.
* Monitoring security via cameras and routine site walks to ensure premises is safe and secure.
* Acting as the first point of call for all after‐hours resident enquiries and emergency vehicles arriving on site.
* Assisting with key card issues and access concerns.
* Maintaining cleanliness of the concierge area, vehicles and communal spaces, including floors, windows and furniture.
* Cleaning up after late events, including rubbish removal, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and rearranging furniture.
* Supporting residents with direct requests, being adaptable to ad‐hoc needs.
* Running reports and collating information to prepare for the next business day.
* Acting as a true advocate for all services Aura offers, ensuring residents feel supported and cared for.
What You Will Bring
* Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar multi‐tasking role.
* A valid South Australian Driver's Licence.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* A personable, friendly manner and genuine empathy for people from diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures.
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Flexibility to pick up ad‐hoc shifts (desirable).
